Banan Real Estate Company announces the approval of the Board of Directors for the following decisions: 1-Acceptance of the resignation of Mr. Naif Abdullah Al-Sufyan from the position of Chairman and membership of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, effective from 23/06/1446 AH, corresponding to 24/12/2024, due to his personal circumstances. 2-Appointment of Mr. Abdulaziz Mohamed Al-Qubani, Board Member (Independent Member), as Chairman of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, effective from 23/06/1446 AH, corresponding to 24/12/2024, until the current term of the committee concludes.
