Accordingly, the company would like to announce to its valued shareholders that dividends will be distributed automatically by depositing in the investment accounts linked to the shareholders’ portfolios at all banks, starting on Thursday 04-11-2021 AD corresponding to 29-03-1443 AH, through Securities Depository Center Co., Edaa. We also draw the attention of non-resident foreign investors to the cash dividends that transferred through the financial intermediary, the values that take place upon transfer or when they credited to his account for withholding tax at a rate of 5% according to Article (68) of the tax system and Article (63) of its executive regulations.
