Warranties
Unless stated otherwise, standard statutory warranties apply (e.g., 10 years for structural elements and 2 years for finishes and utilities), subject to supplier/manufacturer terms.
Liability & limitations
The Entity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits. In all cases, maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the disputed service during the last 12 months.
Force majeure

Governing law & jurisdiction
